TennisPose3D（以下「本アプリ」）は、iPhone のカメラで撮ったテニスのスイングから体の骨格を推定し、フォームについて一言でアドバイスするアプリです。本アプリは、利用者の個人情報やプライバシーを大切にし、データをできるだけ iPhone の外に出さない作りにしています。
1. カメラの映像
本アプリは、練習（セッション）の間だけカメラを使います。映像からの骨格の推定（2D・3D）とスイングの判定は、すべて iPhone の中で行います。映像や骨格のデータを、運営者や第三者のサーバーに送ることはありません。
2. iPhone に保存するデータ
- 練習の記録（スイングの前後の短い映像、2D・3D の骨格、スイングごとの測定値）は、本アプリの中（iPhone の中）にだけ保存します。
- 利き手などの設定と、無料プランの券の枚数を、iPhone の中に保存します。
- 無料プランでは、新しい記録だけを残し、古い記録は自動で削除します。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータもすべて削除されます。
3. 集めないもの
本アプリには、アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、利用状況の追跡（トラッキング）の仕組みはありません。氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先などは集めません。
4. 購入（Pro）
Pro の購入とサブスクリプションの管理は、Apple の App Store が行います。運営者が支払いの情報（カード番号など）を受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、Pro が有効かどうかを確かめるために、Apple が提供する購入の情報を iPhone の中で読みます。
5. 第三者への提供
運営者は、本アプリで得たデータを持っていないため、第三者に提供することはありません。
6. お子さまの利用
本アプリは個人情報を集めません。お子さまが使う場合は、保護者の方の同意のもとでお使いください。
7. このポリシーの変更
内容を変える場合は、このページでお知らせします。大きな変更は、本アプリのアップデートでもお知らせします。

TennisPose3D ("the App") estimates your body skeleton from tennis swings filmed with your iPhone's camera and gives short tips on your form. The App is designed to keep your data on your iPhone.
1. Camera video
The App uses the camera only during a practice session. Skeleton estimation (2D and 3D) and swing analysis run entirely on your iPhone. Video and skeleton data are never sent to the operator or to any third-party server.
2. Data stored on your iPhone
- Practice records (short clips around each swing, 2D and 3D skeletons, and per-swing measurements) are stored only inside the App on your iPhone.
- Settings such as your dominant hand, and the number of free-plan passes, are stored on your iPhone.
- On the free plan, only the newest records are kept and older ones are deleted automatically. Deleting the App deletes all of this data.
3. What we do not collect
The App has no account sign-up, advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or similar information.
4. Purchases (Pro)
Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store. The operator never receives your payment information. To check whether Pro is active, the App reads purchase information provided by Apple on your iPhone.
5. Sharing with third parties
The operator does not hold any data from the App, so none is shared with third parties.
6. Children
The App does not collect personal information. Children should use it with a parent's or guardian's consent.
7. Changes to this policy
Changes will be posted on this page. Significant changes will also be announced in an App update.
